Sahlab Pudding
3 simple ingredients combined to make what will surely be a new favourite desert.

- 5 cups Milk
- 6 tbsp Sahlab powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp Gelatine (boiling water to dissolve)
- Rose petals & pistachios (garnish)
Dissolve the gelatine in some boiling water and set aside. Add the milk, gelatine, sugar and sahlab powder to a pot. Dissolve with a whisk. Bring to the boil and allow to boil for about 1-2 minutes. Place the mix into the ramikens and set aside in the fridge for atleast six hours. Garnish before serving.
