Baby white potatoes

Garlic powder

Dried oregano

Instructions
Place the sliced potatoes in a pot of cold salted water and cook until soft. Once cooked drain the potatoes.
In a separate bowl add the potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and olive oil. Toss until combined.
Place onto a lined baking tray and cook at 200° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden and crispy.
