Chicken Caesar Salad
Crunchy croutons and a creamy, garlic dressing. The ideal meal for lunch with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 2 Baby cos lettuce
- ⅓ cup Paramsaen cheese (grated)
- ½ cup turkey bacon
- 1 Avocado
- ⅓ cup Caesar salad dressing
- 2 Eggs (soft boiled)
Croutons
- 4 slices Bread (sour dough recomeded)
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- Salt & pepper
Chicken
- 2 Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
Croutons
- Slice the bread into 1 cm pieces, place on a baking tray add the seasoning Italian herbs and oil mix until well coated. Bake at 200° for 10- 15 minutes until golden.
Chicken
- Marinate the chicken with Italian herbs seasoning, and olive oil. In a frypan heat some olive oil and grill the chicken until cooked slice and set aside.
Turkey bacon
- Slice of turkey bacon into thin strips add to a frypan. No oil is required, pan fry until golden and crispy. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Salad
- Layer the lettuce, cheese adding the turkey bacon, chicken and egg at the very end. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
