Crispy Baked Potatoes
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
- Pot
Ingredients
- 1 kg Baby white potatoes
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place the sliced potatoes in a pot of cold salted water and cook until soft. Once cooked drain the potatoes.
- In a separate bowl add the potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and olive oil. Toss until combined.
- Place onto a lined baking tray and cook at 200° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden and crispy.
