  • 1 kg Baby white potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • cup Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


  • Place the sliced potatoes in a pot of cold salted water and cook until soft. Once cooked drain the potatoes.
  • In a separate bowl add the potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and olive oil. Toss until combined.
  • Place onto a lined baking tray and cook at 200° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden and crispy.
