Hasselback Potatoes
The perfect side dish to accompany any main meal. Some would even say the best ever side dish for any meal.
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Sharp knife
Ingredients
- 6 Large potatoes
- Garlic granules
- Italian herbs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C. Peel and cut the potatoes in half. Place the potatoes cut side down on the chopping board and make thin evenly spaced cuts about two-thirds deep. Sprinkle potatoes with herbs and seasoning and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 200C for 50 minutes until golden and crispy.

Seasoning and herb amounts are subject to personal preference.
