Guacamole

Serve up the best guacamole with this quick 10 minute recipe.

Equipment

  • Potato Masher/ Fork
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe avocados
  • 1 Red chilli
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 Bunch Coriander (including roots)
  • ½ Red onion
  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions

  • Remove the flesh off the avocado from the skin. Combine all ingredients and mash the avocado. Add the lime juice.
  • Finely dice red chillies and red onion. Finely slice the coriander.
  • Combine all ingredients and mash the avocado. Add the lime juice.

Notes

Amount of chilli within this recipe is based on personal preference. Aside from mainly being a dip, Guacamole can also be used as shown within the Chicken Burrito recipe.
