Lemon Dill Fish
An unbelievably simple fish meal with less then 5 minutes prep time accompanied by the beautiful flavours of lemon and dill.
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Mixing bowl
- Garlic press
Ingredients
- 4 Perch Fillets
- 3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- ½ tsp Dried chilli
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
- 200 ml Olive oil
- 1 punnet Cherry tomatoes
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°. Combine herbs and spices with the olive oil.
- Place the perch fillets into a baking tray. Add cherry tomatoes. Drizzle herb oil over perch fillets. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes apart with a fork.
