Lobster Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 Lobster
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
- 1 Long Red Chilli (sliced)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 cups Passata
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Chef It Up Mix
- 150 ml Thickened Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chicken Stock Powder
- ½ cup Parmasan Cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Parsley (sliced)
- 250 g Spaghetti
Instructions
- In the frypan add olive oil, chilli and garlic. Allow to infuse on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to blister. Add the pasata, water stock powder, seasoning and chef it up spice mix. Allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a gentle simmer.
- Meanwhile either pan fry or boil the lobster, remove from shell and cut into bite size pieces and set aside. Add the cream to the sauce, allow to cook for five more minutes. Add the cooked pasta, lobster, Parmasan cheese to the sauce mix through and serve.
