Honey Nut Granola Bars
- Baking paper
- Mixing bowl
- 3 cups Granola
- ¾ cups Chocolate chips
- ¾ cups Desicated coconut
- 1 cup Peanut butter (any nut butter can be used)
- ½ cup Honey
- Grease and line a tray. Place all dried ingredients into a bowl and mix. In a seperate bowl add the honey and peanut butter to a bowl and micowave for 30 seconds until just melted.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well combined. Place into a lined, greased tray and press down. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
