Honey Nut Granola Bars

Equipment

  • Baking paper
  • Tray
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Granola
  • ¾ cups Chocolate chips
  • ¾ cups Desicated coconut
  • 1 cup Peanut butter (any nut butter can be used)
  • ½ cup Honey

Instructions

  • Grease and line a tray. Place all dried ingredients into a bowl and mix. In a seperate bowl add the honey and peanut butter to a bowl and micowave for 30 seconds until just melted.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well combined. Place into a lined, greased tray and press down. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
