Rosemary garlic sirloin
With the right recipe, it takes next to no time to create juicy steaks for an easy dinner.
Equipment
- Frypan
- Tongs
Ingredients
- 1 Sirloin Steak
- 2 Garlic cloves (Bruise cloves)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in the frypan. Place steak in the frypan and 3 minutes until a golden crust has been formed. Flip and cook again for 3 minutes. Add the butter, garlic and rosemary. Once butter has melted baste the steak until steak has reached desired finish.
Notes
The cooking time that has been mentioned is indicative of medium finished steak. This Rosemary & Garlic Sirloin dish can also be served with a side of Hasselback Potatoes.
