Triple Chocolate Chip Muffins
Equipment
- Muffin tray
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 250 g Self raising flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 130 g Caster sugar
- 75 g Choc chips (plus extra for the top)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 270 ml Milk
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°. Sift together in a large bowl your dry ingredients. Once combined stir through your Chocolate chips and set aside. In another bowl, beat together the eggs, vanilla, milk and oil until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients 1/3 at a time. Once combined place the mixture into the muffin cases. Add some extra chocolate chips to the top of the muffins and bake at 180° for 15 to 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
